PAYMENT – The estimated cost of rental is required at the commencement of the rental.

PRICES INCLUDE – Unlimited Km, VAT, unlimited liability insurance and damage expenses.
Excess per group: A, B, C – 1,250€ | E, H, J – 1,700€ | E1, F, F1, H1, H2, L – 2,100€ | G, J1, J2, J3 – 3,500€ | M1, N – 4,500€. Prices include VAT.

OPTIONAL INSURANCE –

Excess Reduction (reduces the excess by 50%): A, B, C, J, J1 – 9€/day | E, H, L – 11,50€/day | E1, F, F1, H1, J2 – 14€/day | G, H2, J3, M1 – 16,50€/day | N – 19€/day.
Full Insurance (eliminates the excess): A, B, C, J, J1 – 14€/day | E, H, L – 19€/day | E1, F, F1, H1, J2 – 24€/day | G, H2, J3, M1 – 29€/day | N – 34€/day.
Premium Insurance (eliminates the excess and includes additional cover): A, B, C, J, J1 – 18€/day | E, H, L – 23€/day | E1, F, F1, H1, J2 – 28€/day | G, H2, J3, M1 – 33€/day | N – 38€/day.
Minimum 3 days of car rental. Prices include VAT.

MINIMUM PERIOD OF RENTAL – 1 Day.

NOT INCLUDED – Fuel, traffic fines, any damages to tires, garaging or parkings.

VEHICLE LEAVING COUNTRY – May be arranged against payment of extra fund, being mentioned in writing on the contract.

MINIMUM AGE OF DRIVER – 21 years of age and 2 years of driving experience of other vehicles.

IMPORTANT WARNINGS – The rental ends on the day and hour fixed by the client, at the time of initiating the contract. lf a prorogation is required,
the same must be asked with a minimum of 24 hours in advance and duly paid for accordingly. If you fail to do so, we will consider the car to be
missing and will report it to the authorities.

THE USE OF SAFETY BELTS IS COMPULSORY
Rates are subject to change without previous notice. Visacar can not be held responsible for any personal object left inside the vehicles.
Services carried out between 8PM and 8AM are increased by a night rate of 35€.
The client is responsible for the payment of tolls on Motorways.

Road Tax: 2€ / day to add to the rental value, relating to the management of tolls, up to a maximum of 20€ per rental.

ADMINISTRATIVE FEE: If a driver is issued a notification or fine, a fixed €25 fee will be charged to the credit card to cover the administrative process.

YOUNG DRIVER FEE: An additional fee of 7.50€/day will be charged to drivers aged 21 to 22 who have held their driver’s license for two years.

Baby seat (0-48 months) – 5.50€ / day (max. 55€ per rental)
Booster seat – 5.50€ / day (max. 55€ per rental)
GPS devices – 10€ / day (max. 70€ per rental)
My Travel Concierge – 10€ / day
Going to Spain – 50€ per rental
Faro Airport tax – 30€ (15€ pick up + 15€ drop off)
Pick ups and drop offs at Faro, Lisbon and Oporto Airports

CANCELLATION POLICY: up to 72 hours before the rental date free of charge, after this period the equivalent of 3 days’ rental will be charged.
